DAILY RATE: 1 person @ US$ 450 per day or 2 persons @ US$ 350 per day per person. Non- hunter US$ 200 per day. Licenses: US$ 200 for each hunting area. Ground transportation according to itinerary US$ 195 per person for each hunting area.

THE LAND COST INCLUDES: Excellent lodgings in private country houses. Meals, wines and beer. Professional guide. Permits. Service taxes. Field trophy preparation. Medal surcharge fees are included for all trophies. Customs assistance. Argentina gun permit (Up to 3 guns per hunter), Service taxes.

NOT INCLUDED IN COST: Trophy fees. Round trip airfares to Argentina. Dipping, packing, and shipping of  skins and trophies. Personal and baggage insurance. Tips. Taxidermy. Airport taxes. Itinerary modification. Personal articles and luggage insurance, baggage over weight charges, any pre-or post-stay costs in Argentina, Phone calls, Laundry/dry cleaning or tips and room service and other items of personal nature.

TROPHY FEES:

Government tax and disinfection to export for US$ 160 each per animal. All wounded animals not recovered, will be charge at 100 % of their value. Quality trophies guaranteed-no additional medal surcharges.

Acceptable forms of extra payment in Argentina is cash or travelers check.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL ITINERARIES

DEPOSIT/REFUND/FINAL PAYMENT

A booking deposit of 25 % of estimated total cost of hunt is required to confirm a reservation required. This is non-refundable if you cancel your hunt, but can be applied to re-bookings. Final payment of the remaining estimated 75% of the hunt is due 60 days before the hunt. At this point, the client is responsible for total cost and no refund will be made. If hunting is canceled by the client’s decision, deposit or total payment is not refundable but remains for the client for other hunting trip. If the client gives up hunting before scheduled program ends, non-used days and/or services will be not refunded. Receipt of a deposit and or final payment, by Argentina Expeditions is acknowledgement that registrant has read and accepts cancellation, refund and responsibility clauses. Sud Argentina Expeditions shall have the right to alter or cancel any of the programs due to unpredictable inconveniences.

TEMPERATURE AND DRESS INFORMATION.

Big Game hunting is year round with available species as identified above. Temperatures varies between October to April with temperatures in the mid 80’s. From May to September, the temperature is in the mid 40’s to 60’s. Recommended dress is green camouflage or dark khaki. Light boots and sun /shooting glasses. Recommended are light raincoats, shooting gloves, soft gun case and portable gun cleaning kit is recommended.

GUN IMPORT PERMIT AND TRAVEL DOCUMENT INFORMATION.

Valid passport is required. Call Argentine Consulate nearest at your home and ask about your gun permit. You will be given assistance to enter in Argentina with gun import permit. There is no problem taking guns into Argentina. MAXIMUM 3 GUNS PER HUNTER.
VERY IMPORTANT-ALL TROPHIES HAVE A NEW ARGENTINE GOVERNMENT TAX (LAW # 1387) AT US $100 PER TROPHY. EXTRA COST FOR DISINFECTIONS AND TAXIDERMY CERTIFICATE AT US $60 PER TROPHY.
